FKA Twigs and The Weeknd Team Up On “Tears In the Club”: Stream It – Billboard


FKA Twigs and The Weeknd are now officially collaborators. The duo teamed up on their new track, “Tears In the Club,” and shared the official video for the song on Thursday (December 16).

FKA Twigs recently released “Measure of a Man” in collaboration with Central Cee from the upcoming movie The king’s man. The Weeknd also had two collaborations in the latter half of the year, releasing “One Right Now” with Post Malone on November 5 and “Moth to a Flame” with Swedish House Mafia on October 5.

It is not yet known if “Tears In the Club” will be featured on an upcoming FKA Twigs or The Weeknd album. Both artists hinted at upcoming music, with Twigs sharing on the Based podcast on January 25 that she recorded a follow-up to 2019 Madeleine during containment.

“During the lockdown, I wrote an album, all over the internet. All of them working with people I have never worked with before. I have more collaborations and features on this album than I’ve ever had before… It’s a real 2020 product, ”she said in the podcast, adding that the music is“ a lot more. slight ”than its previous versions.

The Weeknd, meanwhile, teased the arrival of his title tentatively Dawn album during the October 5 episode of his Memento Mori radio show on Apple Music. “I hope you had a great summer.
