New joint venture will focus solely on English-language repertoire artists from Israel

New joint venture is Sony Music’s first brand dedicated to Israeli talent

Berlin, October 26, 2022 – Sony Music Entertainment Continental Europe and Africa today announced that it has entered into a new joint venture agreement with management and label ONEWAY. Records, to discover and develop new Israeli artists with an international vocation. The new joint venture will focus on discovering and signing artists with an English-language repertoire, and will leverage Sony Music’s global reach and vast experience to introduce artists to audiences around the world.

ONE WAY. Records is founded by music executives and brothers, Josh and Sam Fluxgold. The two are former managers of Dennis Lloyd, discovering the Israeli singer and songwriter in 2017 and enjoying historic international success for the Israeli artist with more than two billion streams, various platinum and gold records on several markets and multiple sold-out world tours across the United States, Europe and Australia.

“Josh and Sam have a proven track record of breaking through Israeli talent overseas,” said Daniel Lieberberg, President of Sony Music Entertainment Continental Europe and Africa. “We are excited to work with them to discover the country’s next wave of international artists.”
